Contact tracing — coronavirus (COVID-19 ) for Expos & Events
This document outlines the basic understanding and information that Lüp will provide to the organiser in regards to contact tracing.
It is important to always:
- Stay home if you are sick
- If you have any COVID-19 symptoms, no matter how mild, get tested
- Stay 1.5 metres away from other people—think two big steps
- Wash your hands with soap and water, or hand sanitizer
- Leave the location if it is crowded.
Background
- Lüp is the ticketing and registration provider for the organiser acting on their behalf to collect and facilitate the ticketing sales process and to provide contact tracing services.
- Lüp will facilitate any request for contact tracing in accordance with our privacy principles
- All attendees to the expo are registered in our system at time of sale online
- Lüp will scan all visitors IN and OUT of the event through our ticketing system
- Lüp can provide, within 50 Minutes of confirming we have received notice, a Google Spreadsheet of attendees who were present in a given time frame.
- The file will include the following;
- First name, last name, email, mobile, address, first entry time, last exit time, all entry scan times, all exit scan times
Sharing the Data Securely
Due to Privacy Law and sharing of Personally Identifiable Information (PII), this data must not be sent via email and must be shared securely. Lüp shares this using a shared Google Drive folder or a shared Google Sheet
This data will only be shared to specific authorised users on authenticated Google Accounts.
