1.1 Ticketing Header Image
What is it?The ticketing header image shown at the top of the ticket purchase page. 
Information required on the artwork
- Event logo including event name
- Venue name
- Event dates

TIP: ensure the size of the fonts and text are appropriate for mobile viewing

What is it?The image appears behind the purchasing overlay. Visitors see the left and right portion of the image, but it is important that it is one continuous image left to right.

Note: The background image is dynamically resized depending on the browser size/ device. It is advised not to have a continuous design between background and ticketing header image.

2.0 Printed Ticketing Artwork

2.1 Onsite Printed Ticket (A6 ticket stock)
What is it?The image appears on the left side of the A6 landscape ticket that visitors receive when they purchase/ register/ forget their ticket onsite at the event.
Information required on the artwork- Event logo (optional)
- Event name
- Sponsor logo's - typically on the back of the ticket (optional)

Note: As a result of the global pandemic (COVID-19), specific details (e.g. dates & venue) are best to be left off the onsite printed ticket design so in the case of an event postponement, the tickets remain valid.

3.0 Onsite Registration iPad Artwork

What is it?The imagery that is displayed on the registration iPads at the entry of your event.

Our software automatically overlays the background image with:
  1. Survey overlay (white)
  2. Semi-transparent header
  3. Keyboard hidden (when not in use)



Screensaver Image
Screensavers rotate after 1 minute of inactivity. 
Images:
  1. "Touch to Enter" and/or "Touch to Begin"
  2. Call to action (optional)
  3. Highlight benefits of registering; prizes to win etc (optional)







Thank you Image
When a visitor submits their registration, the Thank you image will display. 
  1. A generic thank you message
  2. This could be used as an opportunity to show sponsor information - "Thank you! Visit Stand 007 for Travel Deals"



4.0 Digital Showbag Artwork

What is it?A personalised email sent to customer's who scan at specific exhibitor stands
