Configure Ask a Question

How to configure ask a question

Ask a question enables attendees with the App to submit questions prior to a session. It is a valuable feature for events without the Interactive Sessions element.

To enable ask a question

  1. Navigate to App > Ask a Question from the Navigation Menu
  2. Navigate to the session you wish to enable and click the drop-down arrow
  3. Select Enable
  4. Repeat this step for each session you wish to enable

To view questions

  1. Navigate to App > Ask a Question from the Navigation Menu
  2. Navigate to the relevant session and click the session title
  3. Click Refresh Questions to view latest submitted questions

To submit questions (as attendee)

  1. Navigate to the Schedule in-app
  2. Navigate to a relevant session
  3. Click the Ask a Question icon
  4. Input name and question to submit*
  5. Click Submit Question

*If logged in to the App, name will be entered automatically.
