Payment Collection using Stripe

Payment Collection using Stripe

Stripe is used to process all payment transactions. Stripe gives us the complete freedom to create a unique payment experience making buying tickets easier. Even though your payments are processed through stripe, you can manage tickets, refund tickets, and track sales through Lüp Organiser Portal.

Stripe is used by other industry leaders such as Facebook, FitBit, and Salesforce. You can view their partner gallery for more examples.
With stripe, we are able to provide credit card transactions with fees starting as low as 1.4%* + $0.30. These fees are passed to your event goers when you choose to pass all fees to the customer.

Partnering with Stripe means spending less time maintaining and reconciling systems, and having more time to focus on core customer and product experiences.

Stripe Fees

We are not responsible for your Stripe account management or fees. Your Stripe account is simply linked to your Lüp Organsier account to process charges on your behalf with the money going straight to your account.

As such it is important you are aware of Stripe's payment processing fees. You can read more here https://stripe.com/pricing. Please also take the time to read their FAQ and support to clear up any issues you may have. By default Stripe will take these charges out from your payout. If you wish to on-charge the visitor you must advise Lüp Events.
